Applicants may qualify for a household discount with a Insurance Company Medicare Supplement plan. There are two options for eligibility:
1) Applicant applies at the same time as another Medicare eligible adult.
2) The other Medicare eligible adult must currently have a Medicare Supplement policy with The Insurance Company.

The Medicare eligible adult must be:
(a) Applicant's spouse or domestic partner; and
(b) Someone with whom applicant has continuously resided for the past 12 months

If applicants are eligible (based on the above requirements), then the discount will be applicable when a policy for each applicant is issued. The discounted rates will be 7 percent lower than the individual rates and will apply as long as both policies remain in force.
